Mycopunk has 48 Steam achievements, and a second system that looks like progress but is not. Fulfillments hand out cosmetics, mainly hats, and do not count toward the
48. If you chase the wrong system, you can grind for hours and move your achievement count by exactly zero. This guide lists all 48 from the Steam schema, then flags the traps.

The Fulfillments trap
The trap is easy to fall into because both systems reward doing things in the game, and Fulfillments feel like progress. They are progress of a kind: your character looks better. They are not Steam progress. If your goal is the 48, measure yourself only against the list below, and treat every Fulfillment reward as a bonus that happens along the way.
All 48 achievements, from the Steam schema
Names and descriptions below follow the Steam achievement schema exactly. Hidden achievements carry no description in the schema, so this guide gives their names only and does not guess what unlocks them.

The Holder of All Things: Hidden achievement: the Steam schema gives the name only, with no description published.
That is the whole list: 48 entries, 40 with descriptions in the schema and 8 hidden. If a guide elsewhere promises a 49th, it is counting something else, most likely a Fulfillment.
The ones to chase deliberately
Most of the list happens on its own while you play. Collector and Hoarder (50 and 200 upgrades), Serial Killer (5,000 enemies) and Big Damage are long-haul counters, not things to force in one session. The threat and region sets are checklists: seven threat levels, seven regions, one mission each, and the region-plus-threat trick from the missions guide lets one run tick both.
Three entries need deliberate setups. Full Crew needs one mission with four different employees in the crew, so it needs a full squad, not four runs. Space Optimization needs 9 upgrades fitted on one grid, which is a grid-packing puzzle rather than a grind. Swinger needs a full-duration grapple-pole swing without touching the ground, which is easiest with a Scrapper in the crew, since the pole is Scrapper's tool.
Bunker Buster: read this before you count
This matters because older guides still say
15. If you open one bunker and the achievement pops, you are done; you did not get lucky, the requirement changed. If you are following an old guide, stop counting at one.
Hub achievements
According to player community sources, four achievements are completed in the hub: Hi, Calm Down, Oops and Starrunner. Hi is schema-confirmed as saying hi to Roachard. Starrunner is schema-confirmed as scoring 10,000 in Starrunner, the hub game. Calm Down and Oops are hidden in the schema, so their descriptions are not published; the hub connection for those two is the community account, not schema text.
The practical point: do not leave the hub without checking the games and the crew. The hub is not just a lobby between missions; for four achievements, it is the mission.
Hidden achievements: what not to do
Eight achievements are hidden in the schema: Oops, Employee of the Month, Cranius, Calm Down, BANG, Ground Zero, The Broken Frame and The Holder of All Things. Their descriptions are not published, and this guide does not invent unlock steps for them. If a video claims a method, treat it as unconfirmed until a second source agrees; hidden achievements are exactly where bad information spreads, because nobody can check the description.
Frequently asked questions
Do Fulfillments count toward the 48 achievements?
No. Fulfillments are a separate 1.0 system that gives cosmetic rewards, mainly hats. They do not add to the Steam achievement count.
How many achievements are hidden?
Eight, in the Steam schema: Oops, Employee of the Month, Cranius, Calm Down, BANG, Ground Zero, The Broken Frame and The Holder of All Things. The schema gives their names only.
Is Bunker Buster still 15 bunkers?
No, according to player community guides: after version 2.0.1 it is 1 bunker, and the earlier 15 was a bug. The schema description says only: open a locked bunker.
Which achievements are done in the hub?
According to player community sources: Hi, Calm Down, Oops and Starrunner. Hi and Starrunner are confirmed by their schema descriptions; the hub connection for the two hidden ones is the community account.

Chase the list, not the hats. The 48 are checkable, the Fulfillments are decoration, and the only hidden part of the hunt is eight names with no published descriptions.
