Silver Pines has 23 achievements, and the good news for completionists is that none of them ask you to finish the game on Nightmare or win a fight a specific way. The full list splits cleanly into story progress, boss kills, collection sweeps, three ending trophies, and three small missables that hide behind the town's payphones and one very pettable cat. This guide lists every achievement with its unlock condition, flags the ones you can walk past, and ends with the order of operations that gets all 23 in a single playthrough.
At a glance
Total achievements: 23 (1,000 Gamerscore on Xbox; PlayStation adds a Platinum on top)
Difficulty achievements: None — difficulty never gates an unlock
Story / boss achievements: 11
Collection achievements: 6
Ending achievements: 3 (spoiler-flagged below)
Small missables: 3
Single playthrough: Yes, with one well-timed payphone save
Story and boss achievements
These unlock as Red Walker's investigation crosses the town. You will earn most of them simply by finishing the story; the boss entries pop when the named fight ends.
In the tunnel, in a heartbeat — Survive the tunnel ambush
Down the Rabbit Hole — Reach the Rabbit Hole Club
Killer Frequency — Defeat Deputy Roberts
Apartment 4B — Complete the Union Apartments
Meeting Adjourned — Place all of the masks on the park statue
Midnight Mass — Survive the Congregation
High Speed Collision — Defeat 'The Driver'
What You Tried to Wash Away — Acquire the bell from the sewers
Ascension — Take the 'Ride to the Stars'
Tranquil Waters — Repair the Ferry
Dead Air, Final Cut — Complete the Thelend Broadcasting Lot
Two of these deserve a note. Meeting Adjourned is a side objective rather than a story gate: the masks come from exploration (one mold is pulled from a fireplace with tongs, per the Town Hall route), and the statue stands in the town park area. Tranquil Waters matters beyond its own unlock — a working ferry is also your route back to the first island, where the final stamina upgrade waits.
Collection achievements
Six achievements track the town's collectible sets. Each one pops the moment the final item of its set goes into your bag or your stomach.
Traces to Nowhere — Find all the collectable maps (all 11)
Walking Storage Box — Find all inventory upgrades (all 9 pouches)
This is my 7th Cup Today — Find all stamina upgrades (all 7 coffee machines)
Burden of Memories — Find all mementos (all 25)
Parts left behind — Unlock a second memento slot
Memento Mori — Unlock all memento slots
One clarification that saves confusion: there is no achievement for the 23 cassette tapes. The tapes matter enormously — they gate the endings — but no trophy tracks them directly. The collection trophies cover maps, pouches, coffee, Mementos, and Memento slots instead. The two slot achievements (Parts left behind, Memento Mori) unlock as your Memento loadout expands during the run; you cannot grind them early.
The three missables
Every other achievement is either story-locked or a full-set sweep. These three are single actions in single places, and the game never points at any of them.
A Call for Help — Call
911. Any payphone will do; just dial the number instead of saving. It takes ten seconds and most players never think to try it.
Call me... — Call Room 3 at the Crimson Bear. The motel's Welcome Booklet explains the phone format: rooms are reached at 5888 plus the room number, so Room 3 is
58883. Dial it from a payphone. The woman who answers is also the source of the gift shop weapon locker code (6671), so this call pays for itself twice.
Moment of calm, Brief respite — Pet the cat. A cat waits inside the Ferry Station; walk up and interact with it. If you are following our pouch route, the third inventory pouch sits in the room to the cat's left, behind a curtain you slash through — pet first, loot second.
Ending achievements (spoilers)
Stop here if you want the endings unspoiled.
Ending: Leave — Complete the contract: Kill Eddie Velvet
Ending: Rest — Return to the Rabbit Hole
Ending: Live — Burn it all
All three endings — and therefore all three trophies — can come from one playthrough. The method, per games.gg's endings guide: collect all 23 cassette tapes, all 5 Gold Stars, and spare every boss during the run, then save at the payphone directly before the final Eddie Velvet encounter. Take the Leave branch first, reload, and the same save supports the Rest and Live branches. Miss the tape or boss work earlier and no reload trick repairs it, so the collectible sweep has to happen on the way through, not after.
The 100% roadmap
One run, in this order, gets all 23:
Play the story and sweep as you go. Maps, pouches, coffee machines and Mementos sit off the main path in nearly every district. The full-set achievements reward the same habits as the endings do.
Spare every major boss. Nothing in the achievement list says "spare," but the Live ending does, and its trophy is one of the 23.
Make both phone calls at the Crimson Bear, and pet the Ferry Station cat when you pass through.
Finish the collection sets before the finale — all 11 maps, 9 pouches, 7 coffees, 25 Mementos, 23 tapes, 5 Gold Stars.
Save at the last payphone, then branch the three endings from that single save.
FAQ
Is there a Platinum trophy? On PlayStation, yes — a Platinum ("The Kind of Moment That Lasts Forever") sits on top of the same 23 trophies. Steam and Xbox list 23 achievements total.
Do I need to play on Nightmare for any achievement? No. Read the list again: not one of the 23 references difficulty. Play on Relaxed and the full set is still available.
Which achievements can I permanently miss in a run? The three phone-and-cat missables can be skipped but the town stays open for most of the game, so they are recoverable until very late. The real lock-out is the endings: if your tape count or boss choices are wrong when you reach the finale, that run cannot produce all three ending trophies.
