Probably Stolen has 21 Steam achievements and none of them is hidden, so the whole hunt is visible from the start. The efficient route is four runs: a quick Rat Wrangler and tutorial run, one long shop-building run, one hard Rock Bottom run that stacks five win achievements at once, and a cleanup pass for the counters and the lucky scratcher jackpot.
Quick answer
21 achievements, 0 hidden, all verified against the Steam schema on 2026-11-03 for app 4348910.
Five win achievements stack in a single Rock Bottom run on Thin Margins or Red Ink: From Nothing, From Nothing the Hard Way, Clean Hands, Keys to the Kingdom, and Prodigious.
Three counters carry across runs, so you never have to grind them in one run: 10 reports, 10 Augs shot, 10 perfect appraisals.
Rarest on 2026-11-03: From Nothing the Hard Way at 1.3% of players, Clean Hands at 1.7%, From Nothing at 1.9%. Easiest: Lower Levels Special at 86.0%.
No collection checklist exists in the game. The closest thing to collecting is the 356-item catalogue and the lottery tickets, covered in the companion rare-finds guide.

1. The full list, grouped by what each achievement asks of you
The Steam descriptions are short, and that is the trap in reading them: several achievements share one hidden shape. Eight of them are decided by how a single run ends, five by what your shop looks like when a day starts, three by counters that follow you between runs, and five by a single produced item, a relabel, or a lucky ticket. Grouped that way, the list stops being 21 separate chores and becomes four jobs.

Authorized | Own the business permit. | 44.2% |
Keys to the Kingdom | Own the deed to the store. | 20.8% |
Prodigious | Own the store deed before day 50. | 4.5% |
Clean Hands | Win the game without selling a stolen or contraband item. | 1.7% |
From Nothing | Win the game starting from Rock Bottom. | 1.9% |

| Achievement | Steam requirement | Players |
|---|---|---|
Comfortably Afloat | Start a day with more than 10,000 credits in estimated total wealth. | 53.0% |
Swimming in Credits | Start a day with more than 100,000 credits in estimated total wealth. | 9.1% |
Shiny | Start a day with 1,000 store attractiveness. | 3.4% |
Industrious | Own 10 machines simultaneously at the start of a day. | 39.9% |
Diplomatic | Reach maximum reputation with any faction. | 19.7% |
The day-start wording matters. Wealth, attractiveness, and machine count are checked when a day begins, not when you first pass the number mid-day. If you cross a threshold during the day, sleep, and the check fires the next morning. Do not sell down your stock or move machines the night you expect one of these to pop.

2. The four-run route
Run order is the whole strategy. The quick run banks the easy ones, the long run builds the shop that makes the thresholds possible, the hard run cashes in the stacked win achievements, and the cleanup pass finishes whatever counters and luck are left. Playing in this order means no achievement is chased twice.
Run 0, quick: start as Rat Wrangler for We Have Rats!, finish the Mentor tutorial for First Steps, relabel one item for Lower Levels Special, and buy the business permit for Authorized. Four achievements in the first days of one run.
Run 1, long: play a normal run and build. Wealth past 100,000, attractiveness to 1,000, 10 machines at day start, one faction to maximum reputation, 10 reports, 10 Augs, 10 perfect appraisals, the Lab Pure narcotic, the Huge Nutrifruit, the +250 Quality machine, and as many scratchers as you find. Most of the list falls here without a dedicated grind.
Run 2, hard: Rock Bottom on Thin Margins or Red Ink, sell nothing stolen or contraband, own the deed before day
50. That one run pays From Nothing, From Nothing the Hard Way, Clean Hands, Keys to the Kingdom, and Prodigious together.
Run 3, cleanup: only what is left, usually Diplomatic if no faction maxed yet, Jackpot if no scratcher has hit three Nutrifruit, and any counter still short. Counters carry across runs, so this run starts partway done.
3. How to read the rarity numbers
Global percentages rank difficulty honestly, but they also rank how long ago a goal sits in a run. Lower Levels Special at 86.0% is a first-week action anyone can do. Swimming in Credits at 9.1% is not mechanically hard, it just sits late in a successful run. The truly hard ones are the bottom four: both Rock Bottom wins, Clean Hands, and Green Thumb, all under 3%, because each demands a whole run shaped around one rule or one perfect harvest.
Two warnings about the numbers. First, they were pulled on 2026-11-03, days after launch, when most players had not finished a long run; the late-run figures will climb. Second, a low percentage is not a reason to start with the hardest run. The hard Rock Bottom run is far easier after the long run has taught you the economy, which is why it sits third in the route, not first.
FAQ
Are any achievements hidden?
No. The Steam schema for app 4348910 lists all 21 with hidden set to 0, and Steam shows every name and description before you unlock it. We Have Rats! only sounds hidden because its scenario was hidden during the playtest.
Do counters carry across runs?
Reports, Augs shot, and perfect appraisals do: guides for the game report all three as cross-run counters, so progress from an abandoned run is not lost. Win achievements do not carry: each one is decided by how one single run ends.
Does the demo have achievements?
No. The demo Steam page lists no Steam achievements; only the full game has them. Tutorial progress in the demo does not unlock First Steps.
Which achievement should a new player chase first?
Lower Levels Special. Relabel any item with the labeler and it pops, at 86.0% the most unlocked achievement in the game. It teaches the labeler at the same time, which the appraisal and contraband systems both use later.
Sources and honesty notes: achievement names, descriptions, and hidden flags come from the Steam schema for app 4348910, pulled 2026-11-03; global percentages come from the same pull. Run stacking, deed and permit prices, and threshold checks are cross-checked across player-written achievement guides. Where sources disagree, notably the exact 1.0 reveal condition for Rat Wrangler, the winning-runs guide says so rather than picking one claim.
